How booking works

Reserve your dates — Pay 35% of the total to confirm your booking. Your dates are blocked the moment we receive the payment.

Settle the balance — Six weeks before arrival, we’ll email a reminder. Pay the remaining 65% plus a €500 refundable deposit.

Stay, thereafter your deposit is returned — Your €500 deposit is returned within 14 days of departure, assuming the casa is in the same condition you found it.

Cleaning fee: €150, paid on location.

Cancellation policy

More than 90 days before: Free, full refund

90 – 60 days before: 25% of the rental price

60 – 30 days before: 50% of the rental price

Less than 30 days before: 100% of the rental price

Cancellations during the stay are not refundable.

Deposits are not refundable.
