Our website and services are not intended to collect data about visitors under the age of 16, unless they have parental or guardian consent. We cannot verify a visitor’s age. We encourage parents to be involved in their children’s online activities to prevent data being collected about minors without consent. If you believe we have collected personal data about a minor without that consent, please contact us at info@villavamoshomes.com and we will delete the information.

You can send a request to view, correct, delete, or transfer your data, or to withdraw consent or object to processing, to info@villavamoshomes.com.
To make sure the request was made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. To protect your privacy, please black out your photo, MRZ (the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and BSN (citizen service number). We respond as quickly as possible, and within four weeks at the latest.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). You can do this here.
