How booking works
1. Reserve your dates — Pay 35% of the total to confirm your booking. Your dates are blocked the moment we receive it.
2. Settle the balance — Six weeks before arrival, we’ll email a reminder. Pay the remaining 65% plus a €750 refundable deposit.
3. Stay, then deposit back — Your €750 deposit is returned within 14 days of departure, assuming the villa is in the same condition you found it.
Cancellation policy
Plans change. The earlier you let us know, the more we can refund. Cancellations must be confirmed by email.
More than 90 days before: Free, full refund
90 – 60 days before: 25% of the rental price
60 – 30 days before: 50% of the rental price
Less than 30 days before: 100% of the rental price
Cancellations during the stay are not refundable.
